INBC Group Co., Ltd was incorporated in 1996 with its initial objective of providing import and export services. Based out of Bangkok Thailand, the company traded mainly in food items such as canned tuna and fresh produce. In 1998, the company expanded to export of air conditioners, electrical appliances, Packaged foods, and wooden Doors. The company exports to South East Asia, Middle East, Taiwan , south America and Algeria and imports from Saudi Arabia and China.
By the year 2001, the substantial volume of trades the company was generating led it to open its first overseas trade office (El-Anphar (Algeria)) and its first assembly factory for air-conditioners in Algeria. This company was the marketing arm of several well known brands of air conditioners such Senator and Chigo. To date, the office handles several exclusive agencies for consumer electrical goods, Packaged Foods and Auto diesel purifier later on.
In the first quarter of 2003, SFD Purifier , a joint venture with a SFD Saudi Arabia company to manufacture diesel purifier in Thailand for export to 26 exclusive countries.
The Manufacturing Facility located in the industrial estate of NIJI (Thailand), about 47 km from Bangkok, sitting on an industrial area of 56,000 Sqm. Under SFD (Thailand) Co., ltd.
The purifier has become a high demand product with the world now accepting the notion that we have to protect our environment. The Purifier acts to clean any impurities that may enter the engine or when emitting the by-products.
In 2006, INBC was restructured as INBC Group Investment Holding Company to facilitate further expansion. At the Head Office, the company is divided in two divisions. International division active in many sectors, such as Construction and International Trade, and the Domestic investment, construction and Manufacturing.
It is expected by 2010, 50% of the group revenue will be from overseas operations, especially in middle east and North Africa.
INBC’s majority shareholders are also involved in Real Estate development, Manufacture of stationary products, Plastic injection products such plastic bags and trading of motor vehicle and Leasing.
